Perkiomen Valley School District!

We are one of the area’s premier school districts, serving nearly 5,900 students in the communities of Collegeville, Lower Frederick, Perkiomen, Schwenksville, Skippack, and Trappe.

PVSD has a total of seven schools: high school (grades 9-12), two middle schools (grades 6-8); and four elementary schools (grades K-5).

REMINDER TO VOLUNTEERS: Please remember that if you would like to volunteer in our schools, we require returning volunteers to have their driver's licenses scanned as a security measure. There will be open hours for license scanning available Tuesday, Aug. 26, from 7 to 9 a.m. and Thursday, Aug. 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the District Office, 3 Iron Bridge Drive. For more information about volunteer clearance procedures, please click here. License scanning at the high school will resume once school is in session.

The Perkiomen Valley School District and Schwenksville Borough are seeking a crossing guard to assist student walkers to Schwenksville Elementary School Monday through Friday during the school year. The guard would have to be available for a half-hour in the morning and a half-hour in the afternoon during student arrival and dismissal. Pay is $18 per hour. Exciting news! Home Access Center will be opening at noon on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014. At the same time, we will be unveiling our new district website. Information will be forthcoming about new log-in procedures for those who already have HAC accounts. Parents of kindergarteners who have no other children in the district will receive HAC account log-in information at kindergarten orientation on Aug. 28, 2014. If you do not have your HAC log-in information, please email 
hac@pvsd.org for assistance.

Kindergarten Orientation and Sixth-Grade Orientation will be held on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014 at our respective schools. Sixth-Grade Orientation will begin at 6:30 p.m. and kindergarten orientation times vary by school. Click here for kindergarten orientation details. Freshman Orientation at PVHS will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 2, from 7:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
