Perkiomen Valley Booster Clubs
Boosters Clubs have no authority or control over any aspect of the athletic or activity programs in the
Fund-raisers and other activities conducted by booster clubs must be approved by the high school administration and notification given to the athletic department. Booster Clubs must complete required Request for Fundraising Activity forms in advance of any fundraising events. In addition, Booster Clubs are required to file for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and 5013C status. In addition, clubs must submit an financial report to the superintendent at the conclusion of their sports season.
All forms must be filed annually with the athletic director. See the links below for additional information and to print forms.
