Occupation Assessment Tax
Residents in the Perkiomen Valley School District on November 3, 2009 voted to eliminate the school district's Occupation Assessment Tax and replace it with an increase in the rate of the Earned Income Tax (EIT) to a maximum of 0.9%.
According to an official certification affidavit from the Montgomery County Board of Elections, the election results were:
